What You Will Be Doing
- Reviewing property valuation reports for compliance.
- Checking reports against industry standards and lender‑specific requirements.
- Determining if reports can be submitted or need corrections.
- Processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task‑focused environment. Job Qualifications
- Essential – A sharp eye for detail; accuracy is second nature.
- Essential – Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks; pride in consistency and quality.
- Essential – Ability to focus independently; productive without constant oversight.
- Essential – Process‑driven mindset; enjoyment of following clear guidelines and frameworks.
- Preferred – No formal qualifications required, but ideal for:
- Students currently studying property valuation (counts toward 3 months of required 12‑month industry experience).
- Individuals looking to enter property, compliance, or financial services through a focused, non‑client‑facing role. Benefits
