About the Opportunity As a Graduate, you will gain exposure across a variety of projects and disciplines, working alongside experienced teams in site‑based and project environments across South Australia. We are recruiting across the following disciplines:
- Building & Construction : Construction Management
- Civil & Infrastructure : Civil Engineering
- Engineering & Projects : Civil and Mechanical Engineering
- Environmental Services : Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering and Construction Management You will complete structured rotations including project/site opportunities, gaining exposure to delivery, safety, commercial and engineering functions. What You’ll Do
- Support project teams in delivering safe, efficient and high‑quality outcomes
- Assist with planning, reporting, estimating and tendering activities
- Participate in safety, quality and compliance processes
- Contribute to project performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships across teams, projects and stakeholders What We’re Looking For
- Final year students or recent graduates in Engineering or Construction‑related disciplines
- Solid communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Interest in site‑based work and project delivery
