Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development/Account Manager to take ownership of end‑to‑end equipment sales, providing technical expertise, training workshop teams, and delivering outstanding customer service. Dealing with business owners, service/workshop managers and key decision makers, this role has strong growth potential for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving results. About the Role
- Identify, develop and grow sales with new and existing business
- Manage the full sales cycle with automotive workshop groups and present proposals, programs and initiatives to drive sales growth
- Provide technical advice, training and product demonstrations to build customer relationships
- Oversee projects end to end with your customers to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For
- Solid technical background – ideally a former mechanic or equipment specialist
- Proven experience in sales within the automotive sector (B2B), with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver sales results
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to build customer relationships with automotive workshops This is an opportunity to combine your auto/mechanical/technical expertise in a sales focused role, engaging directly with customers. You’ll be part of a supportive team culture, with the chance to make a real impact & achieve success. Salary package including a solid base salary, super, fully maintained vehicle & achievable commission structure will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
