- Client management as opposed to Business Development Responsibilities As the client interface and relationship manager, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting clients across South Australia and potentially Victoria, and ensuring high‑quality engineering outcomes. Key duties include:
- Maintain and grow long‑standing industrial client partnerships across SA (and potentially Vic).
- Lead the technical team through empowering, training and energising activities.
- Take ownership of business decisions and engineering output.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement across projects. Qualifications
• Over 10 years Australian consulting and/or heavy industrial process design / project engineering experience.
• Solid people skills and proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
• Technically proficient Engineer with a track record in project management and engineering delivery.
• Ability to manage large client relationships with a client‑centric approach.
• Knowledge of South Australian and Victorian industrial sectors is desirable. Compensation and Benefits Salary is based on experience and responsibility, within the $150,000
