Adoption & Experience Consultant (Adelaide)

Overview Workday success depends on how confidently people can use it in their day-to-day work. The Consultant role exists to support the delivery of experience-led adoption, helping ensure that change, training, and enablement activities are executed to a high standard and aligned to how Workday is configured and used. Responsibilities
- Support delivery of adoption activities across change, communications, training, and enablement workstreams.
- Develop high-quality deliverables such as job aids, training materials, communications, and in-system guidance content.
- Support training delivery, workshops, and user engagement sessions.
- Apply Adoption & Experience standards, templates, and playbooks consistently.
- Build understanding of how Workday configuration impacts user experience and adoption.
- Support adoption measurement activities (e.g., surveys, data preparation, dashboards).
- Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Education And Experience Requirements
- Foundational understanding of organisational change, learning, or enablement concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Curiosity about digital adoption, user experience, and Workday.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting workplace.
