This is your chance to work with a global facilities management leader while enjoying the benefits of a 14 days on, 14 days off roster based in South Australia. What you’ll do:
- Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations Manager
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible
- Rostering & leading on site teams
- Daily reporting
- Proven experience across management and in mass‑catering environments, including preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries
- HACCP expertise combined with solid leadership and organisational skills
- A passion for driving high‑quality culinary experiences About You
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
- Must be able to obtain a National Police Check, dated within the last 6 months, if not already available
- Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
