Program Security Manager (Adelaide)

About the role We are seeking a Program Security Manager to ensure the robust cyber and physical security of mission‑critical assets. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the capability by leading the development and implementation of comprehensive security measures in accordance with customer requirements. The Program Security Manager will ensure that any MC‑55A design changes do not invalidate the established security accreditation, and will implement changes in response to RAAF requests. Responsibilities
- Work with customers to confirm the compliance of design and adjustments maintain cyber and physical security.
- Evaluate the asset and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Endorse any proposed changes to the evolving security measures requested by the end customer.
- Coordinate closely with key project personnel to ensure that any changes to security protocols meet necessary accreditation standards. Qualifications
- Prior experience in aerospace or defence industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Hold and maintain a TSPV Australian Defence Security Clearance.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
- All applicants must have Australian citizenship in order to obtain and hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance. What we offer
