Stakeholder Engagement Manager (Adelaide)

Stakeholder Engagement Manager Volleyball South Australia is seeking an energetic and people-focused Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team on a parental leave contract. This is an exciting prospect to play a key role in growing one of South Australia’s leading sports organisations and supporting the volleyball community across the state. In this role, you will lead affiliate and club engagement, membership growth, and stakeholder relationships while supporting the delivery of programs, competitions, and development initiatives. You will work closely with clubs, schools, volunteers, members, and community partners to create positive experiences and strengthen the sport at all levels. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and strengthening affiliated clubs and stakeholders
- Driving membership growth and engagement initiatives
- Coordinating club development workshops and regional engagement activities
- Managing stakeholder communication and relationships
- Leading and supporting casual staff and volunteers
- Contributing to the delivery and growth of volleyball competitions and programs
- Some evening and weekend work may be required, along with occasional travel To Succeed In This Role

- Passion for sport and community engagement Essential Requirements
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
