Planning & Scheduling Manager (Adelaide)

Position Summary Lendlease SA is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager to support delivery of a major, long‑term project in Adelaide. The role involves assisting with the development of integrated project plans and programs, status updates, program reporting, implementation of production controls, and critical path analysis using Primavera P6. Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining project plans, reports, charts, schedules, databases and records for decision making.
- Providing analysis (risk, spreadsheet, resources, curves) and monitoring of project programs.
- Maintaining and updating the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules.
- Regular reporting on program to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Performing planning activities, including research and document preparation in line with established guidelines. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including building/construction projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, government).
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking.
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills.
- Ability to graphically represent program methodology and present and communicate the program to stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.
- High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time‑management skills with problem‑solving ability. Perks
