What You'll Drive The Student Experience Business Unit engages across the student journey by inspiring a commitment to study, simplifying processes, building student confidence, and supporting students to achieve their career goals. The Manager is an important leader in the Business Unit and will lead delivery of services across the student lifecycle. TheManager Apprentices, Trainees & Schoolsis responsible for leading and managing the initiation, planning, implementation and evaluation of student lifecycle initiatives and services which support achievement of the TAFE SA Strategic Plan. The role leads and manages a high performing team undertaking proactive student engagement functions, manages and oversees the efficient and effective management of Business Unit operations and supports and provides specialist advice and regular reports to the Director Student Experience. The Skills You Bring Extensive experience leading, motivating and managing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of student centric services including setting and managing key performance indicators. Demonstrated high ability to think strategically and creatively to conceptualise and solve complex problems. Proven successful experience in establishing effective networks, alliances and operational relationships with internal stakeholders including providing expert advice and resolving complex issues and situations.
