**The Role**
Supporting O'Brien Group Services, this is an opportunity for a customer service and administration superstar to join a growing business**.**
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Providing a great customer experience
- Data entry and data validation
- General Administration tasks such as Invoicing and Scheduling
- Assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects
- Organise and communicate details of projects and specific assignments to team members
- Serve as a liaison between team members and the project manager

- A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
- Intermediate IT skills
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent and explicit verbal and written communication skills
- ** MUST** have a current drivers licence!
- Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
