About the Role Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience) – Dan Murphy's Carrington. Part‑time position, 32 hours per week. If customer satisfaction was a competition, you’d be the winner. Responsibilities

- Motivate and lead the team to deliver a world‑class customer experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth.
- Encourage the team to invest in education and dream big about their career.
- Lead the way with in‑store tasks, delivering regular coaching and mentoring to store team to inspire them to continuously improve.
