This role focuses on supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals while contributing to a positive and inclusive local community. As part of the at Work Australia team, you may:

- Work one‑on‑one with individuals to identify goals and career pathways
- Help people overcome barriers to employment
- Partner with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities
