Our diverse and multidisciplinary team brings together skill sets across Finance. The role we specifically require is within the Finance Transformation service offering. Finance Transformation is a strategic assessment of an organisation’s finance operating model including systems, processes, people and operations, aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing decision‑making, and aligning financial functions with broader business objectives using digital technologies and other improvements. With continued growth and a strong pipeline, we are now seeking an Associate Director to join our team, with a focus to supporting Finance Transformation engagements across ERP and EPM solutions covering planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting (Performance and Financial), data analytics and insights, and integration of AI in Finance. You will work with some of the country’s leading clients as well as the wider national team, in a positive, collaborative and team‑focused workplace. This role is ideally suited to candidates who have prior finance transformation experience as well as experience managing cross‑functional teams ideally in a consulting environment or in a transformation capacity, and who are seeking an opportunity to broaden their experience working with different clients, as well as undertaking challenging and rewarding work harnessing their leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Your Experience
- Recent experience in the areas of finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting ideally in a consulting environment or in a transformation program.
- Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality.
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and strategic planning.
- Understanding of the major phases of EPM implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in solution design to support the implementation of EPM products.
- Understanding of leading practice across the finance operating model (e.g. in relation to processes and controls, systems, service delivery model) and deep understanding of process dependencies across other functional areas (for example sourcing, human resources etc.).
- Advanced ERP / EPM / Cloud technology experience through previous engagements or industry experience (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft, SAP). Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university. Additional Information
