What a Parts Interpreters day entails:
- Phone and face-to-face retail parts sales
- Internal sales to service and sales departments
- Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
- Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment information
- Keep customers informed of recent parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
- Stock control and stock taking duties Farmers Centre 1978 is a well respected agricultural parts dealer for many leading brands. We understand the importance of providing training to employees, providing all staff from apprentices to managers with opportunities to upskill, develop and grow their careers. Skills and Experiences:

Essential
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to work flexibly between team and autonomously
- Willing to learn and able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and drive
- Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
- Current Australian Drivers Licence Desired
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter for an agricultural machinery dealer.
- Case IH Knowledge
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office
