Associate Adviser – Private Banking Macquarie Private Bank takes a team-based approach to managing wealth, empowering successful individuals and families to focus on what matters most in their lives. What role will you play? As an Associate Adviser, you will work closely with a team of experienced Senior Private Bankers to deliver tailored advice and exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of high‑quality advice documents, crafting review and forward‑looking advice materials with meticulous attention to detail and a professional presentation.
You will also play a key role in client engagement by participating as the “second chair” in client meetings, ensuring a polished and personable experience while managing timely follow‑ups. Over time, you will build trust with both the team and clients, becoming a valued and active member of the advising team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Macquarie’s solutions to meet clients’ needs now and into the future, while also collaborating with trusted advisers such as accountants, lawyers, and other professionals in our clients’ networks.

- A strong drive for achievement and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications (with strong academic results) in commerce, banking, finance, or a related discipline.
- Meet FASEA requirements.
- Track record of creating appropriate and compliant financial advice, through an associate adviser or paraplanning role.
- Thorough attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for delivery of outcomes.
- Polished presentation, both personal and in deliverables.
- Ability to build strong trusted relationships.
- A desire to over time develop your own networks to attract new clients and become a trusted Private Banker.
