Part-Time School Chaplain: Foster Faith & Wellbeing (Albany)

Responsibilities The Chaplain is responsible for working one‑on‑one, or in groups, with the students and giving spiritual and emotional guidance in the school and developing a positive culture that results in developing a quality social atmosphere within the school. This part‑time 2 days a week (0.4FTE) position is expected to start as soon as is practicable. Requirements

- You possess a capacity to nurture a growing school with a hands‑on approach.
- You are highly motivated and able to build rapport with students and staff.
- You are confident in the use of technology.
- You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
- You are organised with strong counselling skills.
- You are highly empathetic and able to consider the needs of families while progressing the delivery of service in a timely manner.
- You are someone who thrives when working collaboratively and when given the chance to show initiative.
- Work with a dedicated Christian team.
- Be part of a faith community that shares regular devotions and prayer.
