About this role We're looking for a highly motivated Workshop Foreman with excellent leadership and mentoring skills. This role reports to the Branch Operations Manager and oversees and coordinates all service‐related activities within the dealership workshop, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and repair work. Work together with the Branch Operations Manager to ensure any service work is executed efficiently, effectively, and promptly (getting it right the first time), and meet customer expectations Provide on‐site and remote technical guidance to the service team as required while proactively training and mentoring the team to reduce rework and uphold workmanship standards Proactively mentor apprentices, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting their progress in training agreements Continuously nurture a positive team culture, promoting happiness and job satisfaction Consistently promote and always abide by the company Health and Safety policy About you You have a positive attitude combined with excellent leadership skills and can demonstrate success in a similar role You're a qualified heavy diesel mechanic with a background in agriculture being beneficial You're a excellent communicator with high level customer service skills You have a valid driver's licence Your computer skills are intermediate and you're system savvy Family is key to us – we're a family‐owned business that employs people with families to care for and provide resources to support families in the farming community, enabling their success as they feed our world.
