Underground Boilermaker - FIFO 7/7, Growth & Training (Albany)

Barminco hassuccessfullytendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Projectlocatedapproximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia’s highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth. This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than80% of the site’s power requirements through renewable energy sources. About the Role As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Boilermakers to join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 FIFO roster. These roles are integral to delivering safe,productiveand efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine. Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on underground mining equipment and infrastructure Perform welding, fabrication, and structural repairs on mobile plant and fixed equipment Inspect,maintain, and repair buckets, booms, trays, guards, and other critical components Conduct crack testing, gouging, and rebuilds to OEM and site standards Complete pre-start checks andensureequipment is safe and compliant for operation Accurately record maintenance activities and report defects or hazards Work closely with maintenance teams and supervisors to minimise equipment downtime Previous experience working as an Underground Boilermaker (mining experience highly regarded) Solid welding and fabrication skills (MIG, Stick, Flux Core experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to site procedures Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence) What Can We Offer You?
