**Requirements**: The role involves producing high-quality videos, working closely with franchise partners to meet their specific content needs, and traveling to franchise locations to capture unique, on-brand footage.
- Develop and produce engaging short-form educational content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos to ensure professional quality, with attention to pacing, transitions, and visual appeal.
- Add captions, subtitles, and graphics to videos to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to create customised video content that aligns with their goals and audience.
- Travel to franchise locations to capture on-site footage, including interviews, tutoring sessions, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay up-to-date with educational and digital media trends to create fresh, innovative content.
- Organise and manage video files, editing assets, and equipment to maintain high production standards.
