Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator with 2-3 years of relevant experience in structural steel and light steel framing. This role is suited to someone who can independently prepare estimates while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for light gauge steel framing, structural steel fabrication and installation projects
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs using take-off software
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Assist in preparing and submitting tenders within required timeframes
- Identify cost efficiencies and support value engineering initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers during the tender process
- Maintain estimating records and documentation
- Provide quote opportunities update at sales meeting Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in estimating within structural steel, fabrication, or light steel framing
- Good understanding of fabrication and in office installation processes
- Solid knowledge of the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
- Experience with take-off software (highly regarded)
- Experience with CAD software (highly recommended)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating tools
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer
