- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
- Possibility of going full time Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world. What you’ll bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards
- In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
- Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
- Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
- Experience in leading a room or team
