Room Leader or Advanced Educator (Diploma or ECT) (Albany)

We are looking for a highly engaged Room Leaders and diploma qualified Educators to join our team In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching setting where children thrive.
- Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
- Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all. What you bring to the table:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
- A warm and caring personality.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
