- Support student officers in planning and executing meetings, service projects, and events.
- Encourage student-led initiatives, ensuring that members take ownership of club activities.

- Ensure all club activities comply with school policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of membership, meeting minutes, and service hours. Event Planning & Supervision
- Oversee the planning and execution of service projects, fundraisers, and other events.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, permissions, and facility use.
- Supervise all club activities, ensuring student safety and adherence to school guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between the Key Club, school administration, and community partners.
- Facilitate communication among club members, parents, and community partners.
- Promote club activities and achievements within the school and local community. Training & Development
- Participate in advisor training programs offered by Key Club International.
- Stay informed about youth protection policies and ensure compliance with background check requirements.
- Encourage student participation in leadership development opportunities at the district and international levels. Qualifications
- Current faculty member or staff within the school district.
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Commitment to youth development and community service.
- Willingness to attend meetings and events outside regular school hours.
