This field‑based Account Manager role focuses on merchant partnerships, owning a territory and building solid relationships with branch teams. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant customers across Perth.
- Build strong relationships with branch teams and key purchasing contacts.
- Drive sales and margin performance using customer insight and data.
- Deliver product training, demonstrations and in‑branch support.
- Maintain displays and ensure POS, pricing and technical materials are current.
- Share local market and competitor insights. Qualifications
- Experience in field sales or account management (merchant, trade, retail or wholesale).
- Strong relationship‑builder, comfortable on the road and in‑branch.
- Confident communicator who can train, influence and follow through.
- Commercially minded and data‑aware.
