This is a great role for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Internal Sales team based in Welshpool WA. We are looking for a person who has sales experience in our industry or a like industry, positive attitude and customer service focused to provide technical sales and product support and ensure that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients. - Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals. Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous.
