Maintenance Planner (Albany)

Maintenance Planner At Northern Star, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our world‑class Jundee operations. The position is 8‑days on, 6‑days off on a permanent roster, Tuesday to Tuesday, with FIFO from Perth. The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining maintenance strategies in Pronto for the Maintenance team to ensure a safe and productive work environment. The role ensures all work practices and procedures meet statutory, company OHS&E; and operational standards. Responsibilities
- Work as part of the maintenance team, providing an effective and responsive maintenance function to the production section.
- Develop, implement and execute timely shutdown plans for the Processing Plant.
- Maintain accurate records for maintenance schedules.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives and manage all activities to be carried out cost‑effectively.
- Contribute to the planning process that enables production and processing optimisation and demonstrate support for management. Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Previous use of Pronto or a similar CMMS; knowledge of fixed plant equipment and maintenance principles.
- Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualification (desirable).
- Frontline management or equivalent (desirable).
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
