You’ll play a key role in shaping learning experiences, mentoring your peers, and contributing to a high-quality education program. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of implementing and contributing to high-quality educational programs
- Support and guide fellow Educators to meet curriculum and documentation standards
- Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families, and your team
- Use your knowledge of the EYLF to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences
- Contribute to a collaborative, reflective team culture focused on continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning setting About You To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience working in an early learning environment
- A strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, and documentation practices
- A proactive, team-focused approach with leadership capability in the room
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and education
- A current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NSW Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6:30pm. What We Offer
