As part of our continued national expansion, Punthill Albury is our newest apartment hotel under development in the heart of Albury's CBD.
This 83‐key property will offer a mix of studio, one‐, two‐ and three‐bedroom apartments designed for corporate and extended‐stay demand.
Positioned on Dean Street, the property is adjacent to major corporate, healthcare and educational institutions and serves the Melbourne–Sydney corridor.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build and grow a solid portfolio of corporate partnerships, targeting government, healthcare, education and commercial clients to establish Punthill Albury as the go‐to accommodation choice in the region.
Responsibilities
Drive direct corporate sales (B2B) to increase production and generate new corporate relationships.
Navigate and secure opportunities associated with major projects and institutions.
Cold‐call, knock on doors, generate new leads and develop a corporate pipeline.
Increase brand awareness by improving existing relationships and building current ones.
Conduct site inspections, client visits, attend industry events and work with a team‐orientated approach.
Develop and implement sales plans and a targeted approach to grow our business and exceed targets.

Approved Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency or eligible visa).
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
Ability to resolve problems and overcome objections.
High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic business decision‐making ability.
Adaptable, enjoys variety and operates with an ownership mindset.
