Administration & Accounts Support Officer The Opportunity This role offers the chance to be a key part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, supporting both administration and accounts functions. You'll ensure purchase orders, invoices, and records are processed accurately and on time, while delivering reliable administrative and customer support. What You'll Be Doing Provide comprehensive administrative support while delivering friendly, professional customer service Assist with raising purchase orders and ensure approval processes are followed correctly Process invoices accurately, including data entry and matching invoices to purchase orders Enter invoice and payment information into finance systems with a high level of accuracy Set up, maintain, and update customer and supplier accounts Complete data entry tasks and ensure records are well organised and kept up to date Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and key stakeholders About You You're organised, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and getting the details right. You bring a positive, can‐do attitude, communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoy being part of a supportive team. You're enthusiastic about contributing, happy to help where needed, and able to manage routine tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
