The Chance As a Business Development Executive, you’ll ensure our products are always visible, always available, and always creating great experiences for customers. You’ll uncover recent business opportunities, strengthen partnerships and drive growth across your territory. This is a rapid‑paced, field sales role, with daily travel across the Mackay region. This role requires overnight travel to Moranbah for one day per fortnight, supporting and servicing our customers. If you’re driven, commercial, and love being out in the market, this is where you’ll make a real impact. This role is offered on a permanent, full‑time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within your territory
- Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers
- Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success
