An established and rapid-growing global player in the renewable energy sector is seeking aSales Managerto drive growth across itsdistribution channel network.
This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market share, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering revenue growth acrossC&I;, and small utility segments.
You will take ownership of a defined territory, managing bothexisting distributor relationships and current business development opportunities.
You'll play a key role in positioning innovative solar, battery solutions and energy solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and executeterritory sales strategiesto grow revenue and expand the customer base
Build, manage and strengthenrelationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and key channel partners
Identify and convertnew business opportunities, maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline
Manage thefull sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure and post-sale support
Deliver againstsales targets (revenue, volume, margin, and market share)
Providetechnical and commercial guidanceto customers to support project-specific needs
Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Represent the business atindustry events, trade shows, and client meetings
About You
Proven sales experience in Solar PV or renewable energy technologies
Strong background inchannel sales or distribution sales models
Demonstrated success indriving revenue growth and acquiring new customers
Ability to managecomplex sales processesinvolving both technical and commercial stakeholders
Commercially astute with an understanding ofproject economics and customer requirements
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
