Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager – Administration to oversee the overall administrative functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilities management, security, procurement, vendor management, compliance, travel, and general office administration to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities & Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of office buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Ensure proper functioning of office services including housekeeping, safety, space planning, and environment management.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement and manage safety, fire, and security systems.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal compliance related to administrative operations.
- Vendor & Contract Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage service contracts with external vendors (e.g., housekeeping, transport, security, catering).
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain quality standards.
- Procurement & Inventory:
- Supervise the procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and other administrative needs.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Travel & Transport:
- Manage corporate travel, bookings, accommodation, and employee transportation systems.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and optimize cost efficiency.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage the administration team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Ensure a productive and compliant work workplace across all administrative units.
- Budgeting & Cost Control:
