About Beacon Lighting Commercial
This is an exciting time to join our Commercial Division at Beacon Lighting! We've been in the market for over 30 years, and we continue to experience growth and expansion of the business due to our unrivalled success.
The Commercial Division provides an exclusive lighting design and consultancy service to the large volume residential building market in Australia. We also specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels, and aged care facilities. Working alongside the growing Trades industry, we are continuously seeking ways of expanding our network.
The Role
Based at our Osborne Park Commercial Office and reporting to the Office Manager, this role involves handling incoming sales enquires, processing of customer orders, maintaining stock levels and organizing customer deliveries and administration.
About You
This role is vital for supporting our sales team and ensuring that our clients receive the best of service. You will therefore possess the following skills and attributes:
A proven track record in the Lighting/Electrical industry preferred but not essential
Demonstrated delivery of impeccable customer service
Previous internal sales experience and enjoy working within a team workplace
Excellent organisational skills and confidence in working with a computer
General knowledge of both warehousing and logistics processes
Enjoy working within a team environment with great interpersonal skills
A positive “can
- do” and enthusiastic approach to your job
Heavy lifting will be required
