Operations Support Officer Forest Lake (Australia)

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

Due to anticipated growth on one of our leading portfolios, we are seeking expressions of interest from people interested in a rare, fixed term Operations Support opportunity. Working closely with the Area Manager and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

The Position

Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations

Meeting minutes & actions (internal & client based)

KPI monitoring and reporting

Field leadership monitoring and reporting

People management: on-boarding, scheduling, travel, payroll, HR queries etc

The Person

Team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments

Ability to work across environments with changing priorities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy

High level report writing skills

Experience in site-based operations environments is highly advantageous
