- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles across Metcash
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, success measures and leadership capability
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines and network of executive talent across critical capability areas
- Provide market insights to shape attraction strategies and EVP positioning
- Manage executive search partners where required, ensuring quality, governance and value for money
- Contribute to tailored onboarding approaches to accelerate senior leader success What you’ll bring
- Strong experience recruiting executive or senior leadership roles
- Strong demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing, pipelining and executive market engagement
- Credibility and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional stakeholder management within complex organisational structures
- Experience managing executive search firms and external partners
