Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Full‑time – Permanent Role at Mascot (Hybrid working available). Cox Purtell is partnering with a growing global healthcare business to find an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue between the sales team, third‑party logistics partner, and customers. This fast‑paced, detail‑oriented role involves owning the full order lifecycle, from account setup to delivery and reconciliation while delivering outstanding service levels. Based at the office in Mascot, within walking distance of the train station, the client offers hybrid working (3 days in office per week) and a salary of $80,000‑$90,000 + super per year. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end order process in SAP – recent accounts, order submission, returns, and tracking
- Act as the primary liaison between the business, logistics partner, and customers, resolving delivery issues and account queries promptly
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels and manage supply chain reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in SAP, and produce daily sales, open order, and delivery status reports
- Coordinate the logistics of training products and conference materials Key Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years in a customer service and logistics coordination role, ideally in a product distribution or healthcare workplace
- Hands‑on experience with an ERP system – SAP experience is a solid advantage
- High attention to detail, robust organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers, internal teams, and external partners via phone and email
