offering our patients advanced leading edge technology, laser gum surgery, automated periodontal charts, bacterial identification using PCR technology, surgical periodontal regeneration and 3D imaging technology, with two locations in Como and Port Kennedy.

A great prospect has arisen for an Experienced mature-minded Dental Assistant to join our close -knit team!

At the start you will be working on Tuesdays at Port Kennedy Practice and covering dental assistant as needed on both locations.

The successful superstar will have the following essential criteria:

Embodies our workplace culture of professionalism & compassion

Have a high standard of personal presentation and well spoken

Excellent written and communication skills.

Focused on providing qualified, outstanding customer service and patient management

Preferred 2 years’ experience with a Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assisting

Be highly proficient in D4W, Hicaps, and Microsoft office

Working alongside an experienced Periodontist

A great attitude towards teamwork, as well as being able to work independently.

Open to a energetic working environment and able to show initiative and think on their feet

Self-motivated and able to multitask, with excellent time management and organisational skills

Punctual, reliable, dependable, honest, with a solid work ethic

The heart of the role:

Being responsible for assisting the Periodontist

Follow a strict infection control and sterilization protocol in place

Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquires,

Maintaining a smooth and productive flowing day
