Our client is seeking a agile, floor‑led Restaurant Manager to lead one of the Gold Coast’s most exciting high‑volume dining destinations. We’re looking for a hands‑on operator who thrives in the middle of service, driving energy, leading from the front and creating exceptional guest experiences in a quick‑paced premium‑casual setting. The venue is large, vibrant, design‑led and built around high‑energy service, strong culture and the guest experience. Part of a large hospitality group who pride themselves on contemporary spaces and product‑driven F&B.;

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading from the floor during busy service periods

Driving team culture, accountability, and performance daily

Creating a seamless, engaging guest experience from open to close

Managing service flow, bookings, waitlists, and floor operations in real time

Coaching and developing the team through presence and leadership

Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth execution

Influencing revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and service behaviour

Maintaining a polished, energetic venue atmosphere at all times

About You

You’re a confident and visible hospitality leader who brings energy, composure, and presence to every shift.

You likely come from:

Premium or Premium‑casual restaurants.

High‑volume environments with elevated service standards

Strong hospitality groups or highly regarded independent venues

You’ll bring:

Proven experience leading large teams in rapid‑paced service environments

Strong operational and floor management capability

A guest‑first mindset with exceptional people skills

Natural leadership and the ability to motivate teams under pressure

Commercial awareness and an understanding of how service drives revenue

High standards, positive energy, and a calm approach during busy periods

Beverage and wine knowledge.
