An Epic Icon Needs an Epic Team Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Security Supervisor to live and work onsite in Yulara, NT—just a 20-minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Security Supervisor who can confidently lead and direct security operations, particularly during emergency responses. In this role, you will oversee daily security operations while leading a energetic team of full-time Security Officers. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across the resort—patrolling, monitoring, and protecting guests, staff, and property. You will also be required to respond to incidents at any time, including alarm callouts, domestic situations, noise complaints, and medical emergencies. In addition, you will manage administrative responsibilities related to security operations, including service agreements with suppliers, and oversee the operation and maintenance of the CCTV control room. What You’ll Bring
- Minimum Certificate II in Security
- 5+ years’ experience in security operations, including leadership experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Northern Territory Security Officer and Crowd Control Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Current Full Australian Driver Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (valid for at least 6 months) Key Responsibilities
- Monitor guest and resident behaviour, responding to incidents and complaints professionally and in a timely manner (on foot or via vehicle patrol)
- Provide access control across designated resort zones, managing the movement of people, vehicles, and property
- Verify identification and authority levels, ensuring all entries and exits are compliant
- Report any unauthorised personnel or suspicious activity to management
