Job Description About the Role The Shift Security Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring compliance with access control policies, monitoring systems, conducting screenings, and managing incidents. The security team plays a vital role in safeguarding client data integrity while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service. NV1 clearance is mandatory. Positions available are located in Mitchell, ACT. We have multiple open positions for this role.

- Night Shift -6PM to 6AM -Rotating Roster -Mon-Sun Desired Skills And Experience The Shift Security Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the Security Team on day to day operational requirements
- Enforce access control policies
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Manage site badges, tickets and maintain logs and records in line with SOPs
- Conduct security screening of all personnel entering and exiting a restricted area with HHMD
- Ensure compliance with all Security Procedures & Policies
- Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from a restricted area
- Escalate and report on incidents
- Patrol assigned areas and elevate issues
- Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Respond to Emergencies
- Prepare written and electronic reports
