Customer Service Officer (Australia)

About your experience You are a positive and reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Outlook and business systems)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and products Experience in a sales or customer‑facing environment will be highly regarded.
