Our Opportunity To support our ongoing growth, PROK is searching for an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our Ingleburn team. Supporting the Logistics & Production Planning Manager, and being supported by a highly capable production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all finished goods from our Ingleburn facility to our mining customers. This role isn’t for the faint hearted though, you’ll need to be able to work things out, get stuff done and require minimal management. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Ingleburn NSW. Daily duties will include however are not limited to. Review job packs, identify finished goods and prepare them for delivery Create and apply packing lists, packing labels and delivery dockets to finished goods Prepare outbound delivery plans with the Logistics & Production Planning Manager and updating relevant stakeholders Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control Integrating and managing data across SAP, Excel spreadsheets, Pronto, and other systems. Identify and implement improvements in the logistics processes and procedures The Right Person To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have: Previous experience in a similar role within distribution, logistics or supply chain Forklift Licence Forklift experience including loading and unloading trucks and containers (Required) Proven experience with meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail Computer literacy and experience with managing data by way of Warehouse Management systems.
