Work Flexibility: Not available**The role:** If you are a Marketing, Events or PR graduate with an interest in Event Management and some experience in event management, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team that shapes the future of medical education.In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how we bring our marketing and education programs to life
- working on nationally recognised events, partnering with industry experts, and gaining hands-on experience from day one.**What you will do:*** **End-to-End Event Management**: Plan, coordinate, and deliver a diverse range of marketing events and meetings* **Collaborate with Industry Leaders**: Work closely with Product and Marketing Managers, as well as external partners, to deliver high-quality events that drive engagement and meet organisational goals.* **Own Venue & Vendor Management**: Research venues, conduct site visits, liaise with vendors, and support contract negotiations.* **Manage Budgets & Timelines:** Create and maintain event timelines, task lists, and budgets. You’ll monitor progress, solve problems proactively, and keep everything on track.* **Use Leading Event Technology:** Build registration sites, websites, surveys, and comms using our event management platform (e.g., CVENT).
