About the Opportunity Our Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Bars will play a key role in bringing our vision to life by leading day‑to‑day bar operations and creating a fun, professional environment that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and quality. Working closely with the Bars Manager , you will help create a unique and memorable experience for members and guests. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will support and develop your team through on‑the‑job training, while using your passion for the beverage industry to set standards and lead by example. Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day bar operations in a boutique or high‑volume environment
- Deliver exceptional service standards across cocktails, beer and wine
- Support, train and develop team members through hands‑on leadership
- Lead by example, displaying initiative, professionalism and a strong work ethic
- Contribute to cocktail creation and assist with beer and wine selection
- Foster a positive, fun and skilled team culture Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high‑volume bars.
- A passion for the beverage industry with a strong passion for whiskey and premium spirits. Knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine also required.
- A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service.
- The desire to lead by example, learn and display initiative.
- Victorian RSA essential, barista and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded. What We Offer
