Welcome to DOCKPRO, a proven and growing Australian business in the marine industry.DOCKPRO provides cutting‐edge and versatile boat dry docking solutions for all types of recreational and commercial vessels up to 20 metres.With significant growth in recent years and increasing international opportunities, we're looking for current crew members to drive and support our business and customers.Core purpose of this role:Provide a "5 Star" customer experienceInstall SeaPen and FloatBricks dry docking systems and other productsPerform both routine maintenance and service work, fault finding and product relocations (tools, company ute, trailer and boat provided as required by the job on the day)Position is based out of Gold Coast QLD but covers the greater Gold Coast and Brisbane regionSome interstate and intrastate travel is requiredSkills and Experience:Exceptional customer service & communication skillsAble to work autonomously as an enthusiastic self‐starterDemonstrate positive planning & problem solving skillsGood level of physical fitness (and can swim)Must have boat licence as minimum.

A Coxswain 3 licence is highly desirable with a willingness to obtain, where necessaryHands on technical service experienceExperience working with hand tools and power toolsDriver's licence and must be able to reverse trailersForklift licence is desirable but not essentialThe right person for the position will:Have a passion for boating & watercraftEnjoy a hard day's work on in and around the waterBe customer service orientedConfident to travel (fly) within AustraliaEnjoy being a valuable member of a close-knit teamPay: From $65, per yearExperience: Service technician: 1 year (required)Work Authorisation: Australia (required)Work Location: On the road
