**The Role**: As a Baker at Sacca’s, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads including ciabatta, sourdough, and baguettes — all made from scratch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced baker to refine their skills in a high-quality food environment and be part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and par-baked products
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain product presentation to a high standard
- Keep the bakery workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven baking experience in a similar setting, with strong knowledge of mixing, shaping, and cutting dough
- Trade qualification in baking preferred
- Ability to work early mornings (starting at 5 am) and weekends — no night shifts required
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to personal hygiene and workplace safety standards (WHS)
