About the role:
This role is the operation of a steel reinforcement bar cutting saw, where steel reo bars varying in thickness are measured and cut to size.
Use of math skills to count and measure bar thicknesses, lengths and amounts.
Use of the overhead crane (Previous experience preferred)
Use of a steel reo band saw to cut steel reo bars.
Coordinating and reading drawings and inputting into machine.
About you:
The saw must be taken down from a height of roughly 220cm, so having height on your side will be of great advantage with this role.
Must be math proficient with measuring and using basic equations.
Must be a team player.
Must be reliable and Punctual.
Be able to coordinate with management.
