Lead Educator – Williamstown Join Explorers Early Learning at Williamstown as a Lead Educator and help inspire a love of learning through our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. You’ll lead your room with confidence, create warm and engaging environments, and support your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences where children feel safe, supported, and curious. - Champion high-quality practice through the Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, guiding your team to deliver meaningful learning experiences.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, becoming a trusted leader.
- Celebrate and help shape each child’s growth, development, and achievements.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space where creativity, curiosity, and discovery can flourish. Qualifications
- ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or higher)
- Passion for working with children under 3 years old
- Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Working with Children Check & Mandatory Reporting
