**The role includes**:

- Carrying out termite inspections and installing baiting systems
- Quoting and closing termite jobs. Commission and bonus available
- Educating clients and offering honest, clear advice
- Supporting the growth of a high-performing termite division
- Helping us build something solid and scalable

**You’ll need**:

- Termite experience
- Pest control license
- Good with clients. Clear communicator, honest, and confident
- The right attitude.Punctual, solution-focused, and takes pride in your work
- Comfortable using tech and learning systems (we run ServiceM8 and other tools)
- Ideally based in or around the Inner West
